The hunt is on for a new chair of GLLEP

Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) is looking for a collaborative business leader to chair the board. Are you ready for a new challenge?

The Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) works collaboratively with the public and private sectors to deliver sustainable economic growth across Greater Lincolnshire.

The LEP’s vision is to create a strong, diverse and enterprising business base, operating in an exceptional and connected environment, and where the transfer of technology and skills fosters innovation, investment and economic growth.

GLLEP is now looking for a collaborative business leader to chair the LEP Board and build on the firm foundations already in place and to lead its ambitious £307m growth plan to create thousands more jobs and homes in the region.

Already recognised as a successful business leader, you will have the commercial acumen, board level experience, and strategic leadership skills that will create confidence with public and private sector partners. This combined with an outstanding knowledge of the Greater Lincolnshire business environment will also give you the credibility to represent the area at a regional and national level.

As chair you will ensure that the LEP functions effectively within a framework of corporate governance and transparency in line with the LEP's robust structures, and with a style that encourages a collaborative approach to setting strategic priorities and decision making.

The closing date for applications is Monday 20 January 2020.

Further details, including the candidate information pack is available on the GLLEP website.
