Healthy workforce, healthy business - sign up to the Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme
North Lincolnshire Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme has been developed to recognise businesses that value a healthy workforce and commit to creating a healthy culture for their employees.
Taking an interest in your employees' health and wellbeing has important economic advantages for your business. Creating a happy and healthier workforce, improves productivity, reduces sickness absence and enhances staff morale and loyalty.
By joining the Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme, your business and staff can receive advice and guidance on topics such as:

- Musculoskeletal disorders
- Stopping smoking
- Weight management
- Healthier eating
- Physical activity
- Alcohol and substance misuse
- Sexual health
- Leadership, workplace culture and policy guidance
The award framework has four levels for you to progress on: Bronze, Silver, Gold and a newly introduced Platinum Award level. Each award level consists of core and thematic criteria for you to complete.
You will be supported to complete the award by our workplace health coordinator and on completion of the criteria be presented with your award at our annual celebration and awards event to provide the recognition you deserve.
The Healthy Workplace Award Scheme is available free to all businesses of any size located in North Lincolnshire. There is no cost to you or your organisation, so joining us makes perfect business sense.
