A practical, easy-to-follow session designed to help business owners and SME leaders get more consistent, reliable results from AI, without needing any technical knowledge.
Most people are using AI tools like Claude in a very basic way, typing a prompt, getting an answer, and starting again from scratch the next day. It works… but it’s inefficient, repetitive, and often inconsistent.
In this session run by Specialist AI Trainer & Mentor, Emma Ellse, you’ll learn how to set Claude up so it understands your business, your tone, and the way you work, so you’re not constantly repeating yourself.
We’ll introduce a simple way of thinking about AI use:
· Prompts (quick wins, but short-term)
· Projects (giving AI context about your business)
· Skills (turning AI into something that works consistently in the background)
You’ll be guided step-by-step through how to move beyond one-off prompts and start using Claude as a reliable support tool for your day-to-day work.
No jargon. No coding. Just practical ways to save time, reduce repetition, and get better outputs from AI.
This event is for businesses in Greater Lincolnshire only. We may contact you regarding your eligibility for clarification.
